Patrick Voltapetti is a third generation Real Estate Investor with a decade of experience in the private equity space. He’s not only an educator to a number of operators in the space, but he is also an owner/operator in over 550 units throughout the US. Once alleviating the financial burden of simply getting by in the United States, Patrick found that it would be a worthwhile cause to educate his fellow man in the skills that have meant so much to him and his families success. There are really three key skills that Patrick attributes to his families financial freedom to, and with Volt Notes, he’s simply looking to pass that gift on to you.
